As part of our wedding service we offer personal delivery and set-up on the day of your wedding.  Your wedding cake will be transported to your wedding venue in one of our dedicated vehicles where it will be set up and completed with any finishing touches before being handed over to the care of your wedding co-ordinator. Many of the wedding venues we deliver to are in the North West of England and the charges to a selection of these venues are given below.  Prices for venues that aren't listed below are available on request; please contact us for a quotation.

If you wish to collect your order from The Frostery, we will provide you with transport, assembly and storage instructions where required. We will give you a collection time and we will contact you should any changes to the time be necessary. Should for any reason an order not be collected, we will endeavour to contact you to re-arrange a new time for collection, however we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that have not been collected at the agreed date and time.​ Once collected, the full responsibility for the safety of the order is with the client and we are not liable for any damages thereafter.
